Lost Wax Casting is also known as investment casting.It can produce complicated shapes that would be difficult or impossible by normal manufacturing techniques. Parts made with investment castings often do not require any further machining, because of the close tolerances that can be achieved.

 

We can cast a wide range of materials 30 tons per month with lost wax process,such as stainless steel,duplex stainless steel,alloy steel,carbon steel,etc.Weight of parts can range from 0.08kg minimum to 80kg maximum. Casting tolerance can reach CT7 class,and casting surface roughness can reach Ra 6.3um to 12.5um.
